Such a unique interview process that really showcases how unique Topgolf is as a company! Expect to spend 3-4 hours dancing, golfing, and completing some challenges in small teams. Current associates are there to run the event, but also don't hesitate to make conversation with them and ask any questions you have about the job! You will only have a total of 3.5 minutes doing one on one interviews, they really just want to find out who you are as a person and get to know your personality!

Interview
Interview process consisted of icebreakers, with a short personality interview and scheduling interview. Anyone who needed experience for their job was set aside at the end for additional questioning, no proper resume needed.
Easy and laid back, they made sure it was a stress free environment. Everyone was super nice and friendly. They eased my nerves with the group interview. Especially loved the playing golf aspect, created a very welcoming atmosphere
It was a very fun and engaging process; they really hire based on personality, not experience. Don't be worried or feel like you need to be prepared; just be yourself.
