Interview
There is a "recruitment event". It's like a large group party. You play quite a few games, learn a dance, have an interview session that is similar to speed dating. The event is basically an opportunity to see if you are a good fit for Topgolf and if you would even enjoy working there.
They used to do group interviews, that was my experience. One-on-one interviews are more common now. Interviews are done on site in the venue. It's very casual and calm. For the group interviews, they just want to see how you interact with other people.
Not your average interview. Beginning of the interview they played music and we played team bonding games then they asked a few questions about experience and availability and then one random question

interview process is so fun! of course people are tensed up and have anxiety about the job, but we danced, and released all that tension. It was a team effort, and you’re interviewed in a group.
