Applied online, received an e-mail from the company a few days later, then phone screening, then in-person interview with many managers all at once. I found that some people throughout the process were a little pushy and inconsiderate. On-property management was very nice, though. But I asked for a specific time of day for my interview, and they demanded I come at a completely different time that was not convenient for me. I got this vibe throughout my entire process, ultimately leading to me rejecting my offer. Also during my interview, I was walked to the Sales office and was in a "hot seat" in the middle of the room while all the other sales team members spewed questions at me. Which was fine, because I am social and can handle it, but it was slightly uncomfortable for a first interview. Not a "bad" experience, but not the best, either.
