I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Topgolf (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2017
Interview
Very genic type questions, Like "what is your favorite animal? " they don't tell you that you will be taking over 150 calls a day! In just eight hours and only offer you 11/hr dollars.
they will sell the free snacks and beer and little job events that they have on sight but can not at participating in because not sitting down meeting all you numbers (which is designed to keep you in your chair for 7hr 30min of your work day) you will be disciplined in a somewhat passive-aggressive way.
Group interview. They are looking at personalities and what you can contribute to the work place environment. After they get vibe for you then you do individual questioning about your experience.
Relatively easy if you have a bubbly, happy personality. I had a quick over the phone chat, and scheduled my in-person interview. The interview was quick, and the hiring manager answered all my questions.
Loved it! Ever went very well and quite smoothly. Couldn’t of been more please of how well the whole process went with this company and their hiring staff. From beginning to end it was exciting and informative.
