First, you must sign up for a hiring event on their website. The event is about 3 hours long. First little games like giant Jenga, giant connect 4, and cornhole are set up in the event room for all the applicants to get to know each other. Afterwards, they had us complete a small social activity. For us, we had to plan an event at Topgolf where a certain group of guests was to arrive, and we were in charge of hosting. (Just for fun not real). Then they start the "interview" process where they broke us up into batches and we would one by one go through different tables where they placed cards faced down and we had to choose a card and answer the question on the card. The questions are not at all related to prior work experience nor is it about why you were interested in working at Topgolf. The questions were simply about you and who you are as a person. In total there were about three tables and the whole thing took about 7-10 minutes. Then later that same night (or day) they will give you a call letting you know if you got the position or not.
