Interview
Topgolf does group interviews called recruitment events on specific days throughout the year. Everyone is expected to socialize, and attendees get to play a little bit of golf and billiards. We sat around in smaller groups introducing ourselves and giving little fun facts about us. Then they organize a few activities where we broke up into groups and wrote out on white boards what their core values are and important aspects of customer service. Finally, for the most formal part of the event, we did a "speed dating" style of 1 on 1 interviews. It was honestly very nerve-wracking. There were 4 different stations, each with a manager or two that would ask questions. They got back to me less than a week later telling me I got hired.

the interview was fun and engaging! Played games to try and get to know everyone a little better and quick as well! The decision came within 2 hours of the interview overall it was a great interview
Highly interactive group setting. Lots of positive energy... When you walk into the hiring event you walk into a dance party, then do some group activities, but all of the associates were super friendly and encouraging even to the people who were nervous. I walked out of the doors feeling encouraged and empowered, and after finishing training, I still feel the same way.
