Hiring event, requires you to stand out in a upbeat way, must have a good personality and hard work ethic to work at the venue.
I got asked a variety of different questions like, where would I like to live, favorite food, if I could live anywhere where would it be etc, we played mind games then headed over to the real one on one interviews

the interview was fun and engaging! Played games to try and get to know everyone a little better and quick as well! The decision came within 2 hours of the interview overall it was a great interview
Highly interactive group setting. Lots of positive energy... When you walk into the hiring event you walk into a dance party, then do some group activities, but all of the associates were super friendly and encouraging even to the people who were nervous. I walked out of the doors feeling encouraged and empowered, and after finishing training, I still feel the same way.
