Super great experience and super quick response time! We were notified that night if we did or didn’t get the job. Group interview with around 20-30 different people and a one on one speed dating style portion towards the end! You have to make sure that you are very outgoing and show your true personality! They are looking for people who can show hospitality to our guests and that definitely comes across when candidates are open to talking to and meeting different people.

Interview process consisted of icebreakers, with a short personality interview and scheduling interview. Anyone who needed experience for their job was set aside at the end for additional questioning, no proper resume needed.
Easy and laid back, they made sure it was a stress free environment. Everyone was super nice and friendly. They eased my nerves with the group interview. Especially loved the playing golf aspect, created a very welcoming atmosphere
It was a very fun and engaging process; they really hire based on personality, not experience. Don't be worried or feel like you need to be prepared; just be yourself.
