Interactive and Fun! Team project of planning an event for a target audience. Learning the company culture. Fast paced 90 second interview stations. The opportunity to talk about yourself and the X-Factor that makes you a Rockstar. Opportunity to ask questions about the company and work environment. Informal and casual setting with music and games. The total interview was about 2 hours long. I got a phone call the next day with the job offer. After passing the background check I began training about two weeks later. During training, associates are evaluated for their participation and aptitudes. They are then offered work assignments that will ensure success.

What is something that you believe makes you an excellent candidate for working at Topgolf?
They used to do group interviews, that was my experience. One-on-one interviews are more common now. Interviews are done on site in the venue. It's very casual and calm. For the group interviews, they just want to see how you interact with other people.
Not your average interview. Beginning of the interview they played music and we played team bonding games then they asked a few questions about experience and availability and then one random question
