I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Topgolf (Charleston, SC) in May 2025
Interview
The interview process involves an initial hiring event where various individuals assess your ability to meet company standards and "culture". This is a fairly long day of group activities and questionnaires which is not necessarily tailored toward the role that you applied for.
They just asked about how previous experiences could help and what do I have to improve on which I said was how I can get too friendly with customers but it ended up being a good thing and they’re looking for that.
I applied online. I interviewed at Topgolf (Louisville, KY) in Nov 2025
Interview
Was a group interview where we played games and were put into a giant group circle to be asked personal questions in front of everyone. Examples of the questions- “What do you want to be remembered for?” “What are your passions?” “Who is your role model and why?”
After - 1.5 hours of that awkward and tedious huddle we were taken to speed date style interviews and finally to role play what our job position was (mine was a server)
The role play part was so awkward and I definitely bombed. I didn’t get the job and wasted 2 hours of my life!
