Phone interview with the recruiting manager, video interview with the recruiting team, then final phone interview with the CEO. The process was great until the final interview with the CEO. I am a recruiter and have been in many interviews (from both perspectives), and this was hands-down the strangest and most unprofessional interview I have ever had. Since this was the CEO, I am assuming the culture of the company is similar, and that this is not the company to work for until the leadership changes.
