Interview
I applied online and was called in for an interview a few days later. The store manager walked me out of the store to a table nearby. First she asked questions to get to know me. Then we dove right into the interview. The questions were definitely tough, but it seemed like they were mostly catered toward determining whether or not you can be good working with a team. I also had to do a mock sale. I walked through the store with the manager while they acted like a customer and pulled looks. I had a follow-up interview that was also about pulling looks.
If you're going in for an interview don't dress professionally, dress fashionably! They're looking for people who are fashion savvy!
