Interview
I applied for the job online and received a phone call that very day. I was asked to wear an outfit that reflected my style, which I enjoyed. It was a very relaxed interview. Met up at the store and walked over to the food court. There was one interviewer and three being interviewed at the same time. This wouldn't have been to bad if the interviewer had rotated who answered the questions first and who answered them last; so basically the same person had the advantage or disadvantage of answering the questions before the other two for the entire interview. For one of the questions one of us was skipped, which didn't seem fair to me (interviewer didn't notice and the individual didn't speak up).
Other than the order issue I really enjoyed the interview.

Asked me to come in, asked me a few questions that could be asked on the phone, and it was over. Weird and awkward. You should not feel intimidated by this.

Meet in person, sat outside of the store, they asked me about my style inspiration and past experience in retail. They hire at 16 y/o so that’s cool. She seemed nice and welcoming.
