Phone interview with internal recruiter, then an in person interview the next week. Pretty easy, typical Interview with 2 managers. Said I would hear something the following week, then they went radio silent. Nothing... no response to my emails to the recruiter which is my biggest pet peeve! Why not let people know either way instead of leaving them hanging? Very unprofessional.
