I arrived early to my interview (30 minutes early to be exact) and she got to me about 10 minutes after I had first arrived. We went outside next to a child play area where we sat and she started asking me questions. She asked me what I knew about the company, to tell her about myself, what i didn't like about my old job and so on. I did a great interview until she asked me what was my biggest downfall. I stated I do not speak any other languages other than english and thats when she stated she was looking for a bilingual associate.
