I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Torrid (Florence, KY) in Oct 2013
Interview
I filled out the application in store and right when I turned it in I got scheduled an interview for the following week. I was a bit disturbed because the day of the interview, I got a call about 2 hours before my interview by the manager asking me to reschedule. I basically said no, so they went ahead an let me do the interview that day. I came in and did pretty good although the manager seemed a bit unorganized. She told me I could look around while she found her papers. I ended up looking around for about 30 mins!
She scheduled me a second interview with the other manager but when I got there, I interview with the same person even though the other manager was there.
I don't know if I got the job yet but they told me I should here from them within the next week.

Interview
Applied online and got a call a few weeks later to be placed in an group interview. I was told to "Bring my style." Showed up to the interview and it was with 2 other people and the manager. Interview was fair and the questions were not difficult at all. Within a week got called in for a follow up interview and told to pick out outfita for different occasions with a different manager. After the follow up interview was done, I was offered the job on the spot.
