Interview
The interview is usually super casual, more like chatting with a friend. It is based off a company provided guide. They ask about previous work experience, retail experience, how you keep up with fashion, loss prevention and why you want to work with Torrid
Completed 3 rounds of interviews. One with the Store Manager, the next with a Store Manager of a different location, and the last with the District Manager. The initial Store Manager interview was very relaxed.
Her style was very conversational where she was able to still get the information that she needed but it was was a very easy interview on both parts. The second interview with the other Store Manager asked your typical interview questions and it was very straight up and down. The same with the District Manager- very quick and to the point thought. Wasn't very long at all.
