Interview
The entire interview process took so long. It was clear they have miscommunication issues. It felt like they didn’t respect my time. First interview was in person and next step was a virtual interview with the district manager which had to be postponed twice because of her busy schedule and which I understood at first but then things got weird. During our videocall she suggested we switch to phone call instead because “reception was bad”. After that, the whole interview felt condescending and I was asked very elaborated questions to the point where it felt I was being sabotaged. I did not get a fair chance and the process left me so drained. They should do better and treat everyone with respect. I left that call feeling like I was not capable of interviewing anymore, questioning my value and skills just because the interviewer wanted to be arrogant and make it hard for me.
