Secretary met me at the front door of the office and invited me to follow her. She asked me to wait for the interviewer and offered me either tea of coffee on my choice when we reached the meeting room. A few minutes later the interviewer appeared and the conversation began. First of all she asked me to describe myself (education, goals etc.). Then we started into my professional skills and afterwards. Job responsibilities and salary were the last thing we discussed.
