it was simple . They want their employee work for a long period of time in their company. toshiba is good for frshers. they came for the firmware developer role for my college. it was a on campus a process. but I got rejected inn the technical HR round.

The interview totally consist of 5 rounds.Round 1 consists of C programming and aptitude. Round 2,3 technical hr and 4,5 general hr. Round 1 consists of 15 program MCQ and 30 aptitude.Round 2 technical hr interview gone for about 1 hour ,asked technical questions ,solve problems Round 3 lasts for 1 hour ,asked technical questions ,core concepts.Round 4 is general hr ,given some difficult situation to answer .
