Interview
3 stages:
- initially a remote meeting with head of department, explaining the project and gauging interest.
- then a second remote meeting with head of department and software team lead, with some technical questions (no demonstrations asked for or tests given though).
- lastly on-site: tour of facility, coffee with software team, then ~15 minute presentation (given by me, on a relevant topic of my choice) and usual interview questions afterwards.
Conducted a multi-stage interview process, including 3 to 4 rounds of interviews, starting with coding assessments followed by 2 technical rounds and one managerial round.Process will took max 2-3 days.
Very delaying process, was postponed several times. Need to follow up a lot, the technical interview was of average difficulty. The overall interview was good but there were a lot of delays.

Interview
3 rounds of interview with basic questions related to HIL Testing, C Programming, CAPL, Vector Tools and Testing fundamentals. 2 Technical and 1 Managerial round. Good experience for the interview. For Freshers there will be written test as well for experienced people direct Interview.
