Interview
Pretty straightforward. Began with a phone interview with a person from their HR dept. based in Toronto. This was followed by in person interview with the sales manager in the Montreal location . There was a following interview a week later with the same manager to do a PPT sales scenario presentation on products and this involving role playing, ie: customer and sale rep.

Toshiba has an excellent interview process the process includes the consideration of candidates. Candidates not only meet with the hiring manager but also key staff members. This gives a great view of the company and culture. As most companies are in a rush to hire, Toshiba has the same process each time to ensure it is a great fit for the candidate and the company.

Final interview was just a formality; They told me I got the job during the interview.
