I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics
Interview
I applied online. Then got an email to schedule a phone interview. That was only about 20 min. He asked pretty general questions about my work history. Then I got scheduled for an in person. I went in. I had to do a test on the US map, time zones, and the company background. Then I did kind of a job shadow with another employee for about 20 min. He explained what the job is pretty much. Then I sat for an actual interview. He really went in depth on my sales background, career path, and life. Then I had to sit with two other people for another interview who asked pretty much the same questions.

I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
