I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics
Interview
I was first contacted by TQL with an email suggesting that I apply for this job. I did online, and very shortly afterwards I received an email about setting up a time for a phone interview. The first interview they asked average to difficult questions and then seemed transparent in explaining what the nature of the job would be like. They emphasized that it was not a job for everyone. They called me 3 business days later to schedule a second phone interview. When it came time for them to call me no one called (I wasn't too interested in the job at this point, so I took it as a sign to not call them back). They called the next business day and left a voicemail wanting to schedule another interview. They called another week later and tried to reschedule again, but I didn't accept.

Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
