I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Fayetteville, AR) in Aug 2015
Interview
Brief phone interview, with extremely young recruiter. Recruiter was friendly and went over my resume and we spoke of the job experience and expectations at TQL. She made it clear that this call was to be recorded and someone else would review it. That made it clear to me she was not a decision maker, but she was polite and cordial.

Question 1
Explained hours were 6:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. M-F and two weekends a month 7-11 a.m.. Then made it clear that working just those hours was not going to be enough. When I asked if, for example, one day a week it would be okay to leave at 4:15 the response was "we expect more from our salespeople" She said the top people usually worked until around 7p.m. to take advantage of west coast opportunities. They also explained that salespeople are on-call 24-7 and you were expected to handle any problems at any time, day or night.
Was not bad at all. nervous going in but they describe role to you and make it feel very welcoming. hiring manager was very communicate and transparent about responsibilities and the overall role

Interview
Interviewer asked me extremely inappropriate questions, not job related, regarding family life and personal experiences. The people I saw who worked there did not seem happy. Worst interview ever, would never recommend.
I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Atlanta, GA) in May 2026
Interview
Several rounds of interviews. Repeated communication from recruiter, but lack of devotion by actual manager at the site. They are very strict about dress code, even though they do not follow it themselves. It is daily contact from the recruitment, not only that they sent benefits , test, material, and study and material for the position itself. They even make you do job shadowing for two hours as well. This is all before you’re even given the final interview. I would not recommend this to anyone.
