It started with a 10 minute phone interview asking about how I heard about the company. If you pass that round, they will call you in for a 2 hour in person interview with a recruiter. This interview consisted of taking a simulation test.... basic geography, basic math, and basic computer questions. You then interview with the recruiter after the test, which is a pretty basic interview, but they really try to pick your resume apart. Time tables for previous jobs, reasons for leaving, and why TQL. If you pass that round, you will be called in for another 2 hour interview with the hiring manager. This interview consisted of shadowing two sales reps, one somewhat newer rep, and then a seasoned vet. You then interview with the hiring manager, which may have another person in there shadowing the interview. This again was a pretty basic interview, but again seemed like they don't like you from the beginning.
