VERY unprofessional, I went in to interview with Total Safety, the first thing I get told is "I see you have a process tech degree, we dont hire guys with it because they eventually leave us to go to a plant." Then why the heck did you interview me? She already had my resume it's not like she didn't look to see it on there. Thanks for wasting both of our time! Anyway I explained to her that I would be a long-term goal of mine. I continued the interview just to be respectful. When it became my turn to ask questions I asked about advancement opportunities and employee evaluations. She told me that they don't do performance evaluations in there is virtually no advancement opportunities. She said they also didn't get paid very much and she thinks that's why they have a high turnover rate. Thanks for being brutally honest! At this point I was highly disinterested ,I didn't even ask when she was going to make a decision because I didnt care.
