The first step I had was a behavioral interview and the second step was a case study involving the use of a financial model. This involved generating a basic financial model and answering questions given the model. I did not move forward after this step as I have no experience working with these types of models. The employees I spoke with were generally very friendly and understanding of my level of knowledge. I was ghosted after the second interview and received no feedback on the work that I was able to complete for the case study, despite multiple follow-ups.
