A short phone interview for some basic information about expected salary, mobilization, international experience, etc. Second interview was online with the HR. Interviewer was friendly and questions were classic. Final interview was the technical interview.

Question 1
Interviewer/team lead presented plots and asked for interpretation. Plots were for phase diagram, effective and relative perm, capillary pressure, PTA, P/Z and nodal analysis. He also showed a structure map (with producers, injectors and a fault) and a plot of prod. vs pressure and asked for analysis.
it was smooth and well organized. Everything was clear from the beginning and i would rate it as a positive experience. Would recommend to apply. No pressure and the environment is welcoming.
