I interviewed with Branch Manager a few days after completing the application at the job site. After the first interview, there was a second one with the VP and Supervisor. There were various openings in the surrounding area, so once they found a place for me I'd be notified.

I got a call, interview and offer in the same day, I started two days later. Very speedy and easy process to get hired on, expect to receive quite a few phone calls following the interview if you got the position.

You will take a Wonderlic Test and must be willing to relocate to be considered for the position. They have a 12 month training program that teaches you about branch management. This program covers a wide variety of skills for managing a loan branch such as lending, credit review, and approval .
