The interview was straightforward and laid back. This young woman comes over to where I was sitting and started asking me questions. She was excellent and made me very comfortable. After the interview, I had to take a test. Then they check my credit score. I didn’t get an offer for the job because my credit score was to low.
I got a call, interview and offer in the same day, I started two days later. Very speedy and easy process to get hired on, expect to receive quite a few phone calls following the interview if you got the position.

You will take a Wonderlic Test and must be willing to relocate to be considered for the position. They have a 12 month training program that teaches you about branch management. This program covers a wide variety of skills for managing a loan branch such as lending, credit review, and approval .
