They found my resume on Indeed and called at the time I was still in school. I called back and they told me to come in for an interview the same day. The next day they did my formal interview and an hour later they gave me a start date for the next week.
I got a call, interview and offer in the same day, I started two days later. Very speedy and easy process to get hired on, expect to receive quite a few phone calls following the interview if you got the position.

You will take a Wonderlic Test and must be willing to relocate to be considered for the position. They have a 12 month training program that teaches you about branch management. This program covers a wide variety of skills for managing a loan branch such as lending, credit review, and approval .
