Interview
The interview process was fairly quick in my experience.
The initial interview was with the Branch Manager which lasted for about 40-45 minutes, which consisted of talking about myself and my work experience. The second interview was with the District Supervisor. This interview talked more about what you would do on a day to day basis and how you think you would perform. Roughly two days later I was offered the job.

I got a call, interview and offer in the same day, I started two days later. Very speedy and easy process to get hired on, expect to receive quite a few phone calls following the interview if you got the position.

1 zoom group interview that was more of a formality of information about the company. 1 individual in person interview that was about 30 minutes long, but there were a lot of people interviewing as well.

Interview
You will take a Wonderlic Test and must be willing to relocate to be considered for the position. They have a 12 month training program that teaches you about branch management. This program covers a wide variety of skills for managing a loan branch such as lending, credit review, and approval .
