The process was a standard process. drug test, background check, credit check, school check.... Do not let them know you're thinking about going to school they don't encourage that. Strictly want you focused on tower loan and only tower loan.
I got a call, interview and offer in the same day, I started two days later. Very speedy and easy process to get hired on, expect to receive quite a few phone calls following the interview if you got the position.

You will take a Wonderlic Test and must be willing to relocate to be considered for the position. They have a 12 month training program that teaches you about branch management. This program covers a wide variety of skills for managing a loan branch such as lending, credit review, and approval .
