Interview
Have to take tests, come into the office to apply, and do a background and drug screening. It is not very intense, but there are a lot of "describe a situation when..." type questions. The people interviewing me were very nice.
I got a call, interview and offer in the same day, I started two days later. Very speedy and easy process to get hired on, expect to receive quite a few phone calls following the interview if you got the position.

Interview
You will take a Wonderlic Test and must be willing to relocate to be considered for the position. They have a 12 month training program that teaches you about branch management. This program covers a wide variety of skills for managing a loan branch such as lending, credit review, and approval .

1 zoom group interview that was more of a formality of information about the company. 1 individual in person interview that was about 30 minutes long, but there were a lot of people interviewing as well.
