It was challenging, the technical questions need a detailed answers. you will be asked to join a group task, they asked us to build an innovative idea taking in account a specified budget

Introduce your self and why you believe we should chose you over other candidates?
The selection process was long and included several meetings, all of which were on Zoom. The first meeting was in collaboration with the other contestants, we were required to discuss the issue of investing a budget from the company to develop some product and they wanted to see how we manage to work together. In the second interview he was more professional and the main question that was related to the field of heat transfer and flows.

What is the heat transfer between 2 bodies given their distance and temperatures? How long will it take for them to reach temperature equilibrium? (Heat transfer) What parameters can be changed to affect the height of a material layer? (flowing)
Asked good questions, both personal (to get to know me) and professional.
Group dynamics and computer tests - this method is outdated, too bad they are still doing that.
Overall ok experience.
