I first saw Toyota at my college career fair, did a phone interview with them a week or two after speaking with them. There were 3 people that interviewed me during that call. Got an offer via email shortly there after.

Tell me about a time where you were taken out of your comfort zone, and how you responded.
Interview was structured in the STAR format. Asked behavior questions like how I would solve a problem, or manage time. Having engineering related experience or clubs also helps bridge some gaps.

Behavioral Interview. They sit you down and ask you questions that pertain to how you handle certain situations. The questions are very broad which leaves it all up to you to be creative and come up with a situation and answer that will set you apart. (S.T.A.R.S.)

The interview was mostly behavioral. Was asked about my previous internship experiences as well as how I would deal with certain situations. For example, what would I do if I disagreed with my manager.The interview was about 30 minutes. It was a 2 on 1 interview. They were looking for someone who was willing to learn rather than someone who already knew it all. Great interview experience!
