I applied through college career fair. Didn't interview at the career fair but was contacted through email several weeks later. I interviewed on a Sunday via phone. The interview had 3 sections: 1) the interviewer talked about the department, 2) behavioral questions, 3) general Q&A about the position and company. I received an offer 3 days after my interview.
