The interviewing process was not difficult in itself, however, it was dragged out for months. Three interviews: two phone interviews and one in person. I was asked to give a presentation in person. The questions that were asked were not too difficult. Mainly about my experiences and skills.

It was a simple interview, they analyse your cv together with you and then you have to present yourself about previuous experiences and jobs. And they ask if you know anything about TPS
1 phone interview and 1 in person interview. It was a Star system interview and it was about 45 minutes long. They did a good job of explaining the job requirements.

Basic technical questions about automotive technology. STAR questions to lead off which asked about your background and previous experience in working conditions, how you handle adversative and different situations. Overall the interview process isn't bad but a lot of scripted questions.
