Very in-depth interview process. The use the S.T.A.R method. There is normally only one interview unless there are a lot of candidates. I was contacted by an agency. I was interviewed via phone first. Then was set up for an interview in 2 days. There were 2 interviewers. They ask situational questions to which they want detailed answers demonstrating the process and result of issues that show your character, determination and aptitude. One piece of advice...always answer a question. They determine your ability to get the job solely on the interview not you previous skill. Good luck.
