The online test consisted of some personality questions, I gather they were trying to find out if you’re agreeable, get along with others and are willing to learn and change. There were also some classic workplace scenarios. There was a section where there was a mock production line and you had to do calculations about percentages and ratios and diagnose errors based on the descriptions of what each part of the machine did. There was also a section where they showed you a picture of a work site and then had images and Shapes flashing around And moving. You had to take note of what was going on in the background picture while counting and memorizing the shapes in the front.
