On campus career fair, next day interview, two interviewers one of them was a manager on one of their manufacturing plants and the other a HR representative. Most of the questions were behavior based. The rest were about personal preferences, relocation flexibility, and job function. Received offered the same day and I accepted it. Pretty good offer and relocation benefits.

How to implement change in a company such as Toyota where people have been doing the same procedures for so long?
