Interview
I interviewed with three managers. The interview consisted of basic, situational questions. The interviewers are looking for answers in the STAR format. Each interviewer asked me three questions (the interview took about an hour). After the initial interview, I was invited to tour the facility. The tour was with the building manager and a department head. It was very pleasant and informal. After the tour we ate lunch; I was told that they had more interviews to complete and they would get back with me in two weeks. After four weeks, I was made an offer.
