Interview
I applied online and was called within two days for an interview. When I got there I was told that I had to pick any item in the store and be prepare to sale the item to the interviewers. Their was a group of about 9 applicants and they had us sit in the break room. Three managers showed up and introduced themselves. Then they had us get up one by one and state our name and tell everyone about ourselves then we had to present our store item and try to sale it to the managers. It was a little funny because the managers weren't listening or watching. They were talking amongst themselves. Kinda rude. But ok with me since Im deathly afraid of speaking in front of a group. Afterwards they called us back to a room one by one for a panel interview. Three other people were in the room. They asked the basic questions: Tell us about yourself? Tell Us about your retail experience? How would you deal with an upset customer? etc. Then it was over and they said they would call if they are interested. They didn't call but I didn't mind because I was offered a job that I really wanted. I thought they made us do a little too much in the interview for just a minumum wage job. But it was an easy interview if you aren't afraid of public speaking.
Super nice and friendly interviewer. They told me about the company and the position and asked a few questions. They also let me ask some questions at the end as well
Geoffrey was attentive and kind. Guided me through the whole catalog. Would recommend him all the time, every time to whomever will listen. He took the time to explain the great deals.
