Standard HR phone screen and then an offer to come to HQ and meet with a Director, Manager, and a would be peer. Pretty standard stuff and nothing out of the ordinary.

The interviews was eight very grueling hours. After talking about my past experience, I was told "We don't split the atom here- we sell toys." How terrible!
