The online application is very easy and short, if they like you or need you they call and set up an interview, they don't tell you on the phone that its going to be a group interview with about 4 other people. It should be the store manager and the HR in there with you and it isn't too stressful. You do get a little bit of alone time with them. They let you know after the whole interview if they want to hire you.
