Applied online, got a called in for a group interview about a week later. There were a dozen of us, we had to introduce ourselves with a bit about what our hobbies are. Then we were split into two groups and had to make up a toy to sell. Next we were each given a product to sell. After that, 8 of us were taken out of the room and told that was the end of the interview and that we would get a call if chosen. Received a "we regret to inform you..." email a few days later. I noticed not real difference between those taken out and those who stayed, nothing really stood out to say which group had the chance.
