Interview
Interview is as a group, usually about 6-8 other people.
You will be asked to speak to the person next to you for 2-3 mins. Get to know them a little bit, then you have to present them to the group.
Then the group is split into two groups, so that you will be given a topic to debate about. The topic is chosen on the day. You have to present the Pro's or Con's (depending on what side you are on) for at least 4-5 mins.

The manager is very kind and helpful if you are nerve wreck . If you are a shy person you have nothing to worry about , the process is not difficult at all
A very basic interview lasting under 30 minutes. It was very informal, I was asked about my previous experience and my flexibility of working hours and my role was briefly outlined.
