It was pretty simple. Just building something out of legos they provided for us. Required no real work knowledge to pass the interview. Only thing was negotiating hourly pay, which was not easy.

It was less than an 1 hour. The interview at Toys “R” Us lasted less than one hour and focused on availability, customer service experience, teamwork, and how I handle fast paced retail environments.

Easy but complex have qualities as a key holder training to become assistant manager
Then store manager then area manager pay is great Im the regional manager just climb the latter.
