Attended Group interview last Christmas, felt it was a little unfairly bias in favor of the younger workers. The process began with a introduction to the group, then promoting a toy to the rest of the group. Secondly it was a one to one interview with the managers. Felt uncomfortable being there as i left my job under back circumstances, was pushed when i answered truthfully the question about my past. Was called back for a second interview three weeks later. This was one hour on the shop floor.
